Blitzstart 2018 in Österreich - KGAL vermietet 25.000 m²

Der Asset- und Investmentmanager KGAL startet mit seiner Tochtergesellschaft KGAL Asset Management Österreich GmbH auch im Jahr 2018 bereits wieder voll durch. Nach einem neuen Rekord in der österreichischen Vermietungsbilanz im Jahr 2017 mit über 83.000 m² vermieteter Gewerbeimmobilienfläche gelangen im Januar 2018 bereits sieben Mietabschlüsse über insgesamt rund 25.000 m².

Österreichs Gewerbeimmobilienmarkt glänzte im Jahr 2017 mit einer historischen Rekordmarke von 4,8 Milliarden Euro im Investmentumsatz und stellte damit einmal mehr seine dynamische Anziehungskraft unter Beweis.

Auch attraktive Mietflächen sind begehrt. Die österreichischen Asset Manager der KGAL konnten im Vorjahr mit vermieteten 83.150 m² eine neue Höchstmarke erzielen und nun im Januar 2018 bereits wieder einen Blitzstart hinlegen. Knapp 25.000 m² durch Neu- und Anschlussvermietungen in vier Fonds-Immobilien unterstreichen die Qualität des Standorts Wien und der jeweiligen Flächenausstattung. Die vier Immobilien im 3., 12., 19. und 20. Wiener Bezirk weisen nun im Durchschnitt einen Vermietungsstand von 98,5 Prozent auf.
