We want our employees to feel comfortable with us, because they are our most valuable asset. For us, this not only includes performance-based remuneration, company pension schemes for old age and participation in the company's success.
We also attach great importance to good working conditions, mutual trust and a good work-life balance. We are interested in a long-term cooperation. It is therefore important to us to actively offer our employees compensation, promote health and sustainably strengthen the working atmosphere. We have started a series of activities for this purpose.
