Since 1968, KGAL GmbH & Co. KG has been placing tangible asset investments for institutional and private investors both within Germany and abroad. Our predominantly closed alternative investment funds (AIF) in the real estate, infrastructure (energy) and aviation class help KGAL Group investors to spread the risk of their overall portfolio – and even to reduce it, as these sectors have little in common with other asset classes.
Our investment philosophy lies on two fundamental pillars: diversification and active management at asset and fund level. As our customer, you benefit from a full-service package with permanently assigned contacts, reporting at the highest institutional level, and specialised investment teams who manage the assets on-site and look for optimisation potential, as well as attractive purchasing and selling opportunities.
KGAL GmbH & Co. KG has been involved in the secured aircraft leasing business since 1979, and has offered an ESG-compliant investment vehicle with renewable energy plants since 2003. We are currently offering our experience into three investment funds for institutional investors: for example the sixth pan-European infrastructure fund for renewable energies, KGAL ESPF 6, and KGAL Wohnen Core 5 Living, our pan-european Residential Real Estate-fund with ESG orientation.

Our current institutional funds, single accounts and club deals offer attractive, stable distributions at an international level: We invest across Europe in the renewable energy sector, just as we do in the real estate sector. It goes without saying that aviation is also an international business sector, in which we are globally active within two joint ventures with Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
Of the 31 investment vehicles, three are currently in placement.
With the support of our joint ventures, GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing and Lufthansa Leasing, we have everything covered from financing, asset and portfolio management to part-outs.
